Description

The sprocket engages with the bushing of track link assembly and drives the machine.The proper heat treatment is essential to long life and durability. Our segments and sprockets are subject to multiple quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to provide extended wear life, even under the toughest working conditions.

Motion provided by power generator of an excavator is conveyed to track link by running motor and sprocket rim. Our sprockets and segment groups feature a hardness of up to 13mm in depth, thanks to the excellence of heat treatment process. They are manufactured under consistent quality control during production, made by good materials and precision machining.

We can design and manufacture any sprockets not common seen in replacement markets, such as sprockets for construction equipments used in Europe. Send us the drawing when you can't find your sprockets, and we can make for you, our products have exported to worldwide.

1.Forging: More than 10 giant processing machines include forging machine which has 1600tons capacity and cold heading machine which has 350 tons capacity.

3.Heat Treatment: apply advanced non-through controlled atmosphere high temperature mesh belt furnace, 
high frequency quenching producing line, and auto-control cementation furnace.
